Engineers are employed depending on their past performance and experience in previous projects, points are collected for each engineer and the records of previous projects with Ratba’a will govern all other qualifications, Ratba’a is bounded to select not a good engineer only, but as responsible serious and ethical engineer, we believe that engineer should be qualified to be committed with what Ratba’a is responsible.

Engineering resources (academic texts, field experience, records of past performed projects, software, high level training, data & information) are always provided for the Engineers for capacity building and develop their management skills, Ratba’a is aiming to form a team of professional engineers that it can be proud of their performance.

Ratba’a managers are always supporting their engineers, when they find serious, with a high level engineering advice and training, such resources may be provided locally or through foreign experts when the nature is new.

Engineering communication may be the different value of Ratba’a specialty as it is spending too much effort for every engineer to make him aware of the job performed by his colleague in other site while both are working for Ratba’a, this fact enables Ratba’a to support or replace engineers distributed on their projects to reach the best degree of satisfaction.
