Designs’ nature may be limited to simple and shop produced designs which is usually made by site engineers, and may be of complexity nature or design requests power to be certified which should be produced by certified designers.

Ratba’a used to agree on designing services subcontracts with the pioneer designers in all over Iraq who are certified by Iraqi engineers’ syndicate and has the power to certify their designs, review and checking designs under laws of authority.
