Ratba’a beliefs in Subcontracting as (Only the transferable liability activities could be subcontracted), this theory is coming when Ratba’a liabilities could be transferred completely to a subcontractor.- Only familiar and ordinary works could be subcontracted as to be safe that subcontractor could be committed to the main contract’s requirements and responsibilities (Safety, Quality, period, and risk of loss).
- Ratba’a are used to enter the organization of a subcontractor with its main management structure and dealing with him as a staff but with different routes of payment, this way enabled Ratba’a to control on time frame for their activities by controlling on the subcontractor time schedule under comprehensive work program.
- Ratba’a is responsible towards its clients and employers regarding the performance of their subcontractors and is declaring their scope of work in each project and submitting their names along with qualifications to the client for review and approval.
Ratba’a has a list of national and foreign subcontractors in different fields, this list is updated continuously to re- qualify their abilities, modify or update their remarks.- For such activities that involved with any type of risk, Ratba’a is not going into subcontracting agreement, the replacement solution is to employ the craftsmen and professionals not on time basis but on job basis under direct administration by Ratba’a staff (quality, safety, engineering), this will expedite the progress and adding value to company performance to operate much more activities in same time.
