Ratba’a may enter into joint-venture(s) with one or more companies for specified job or project, this type of business is aiming:

1. To invest or perform projects in physical far-areas than Ratba’a fields whereas second joint(s) is/are available there.

2. Collection of specified experience.

3. To give flexibility to perform biggest projects in size.

4. Approaching future plans for type of business, or to approach specified experience.

Shares and scope of work for each partner or company in the partnership is different for every project and depending mainly on the qualification of each end and the volume of his participation.
